Foundation Park is Revolutionary and a viable alternative to Assisted Living and Nursing Home placement

• Our homes have only 12 residents. All private room suites. No shared rooms. No daunting long hallways

• Meals cooked and served from our open kitchens. Not served from a kitchen down the hall and transported to residents.

• Each resident suite has its own Heat and Air system. We’ve installed new Pinpoint Ionization units that kills 99% of CoVID-19 and Influenza.

• Our double door entry vestibules have a rapid scan thermal camera that will quickly scan guests and residents for above normal body temperatures. If your temp is above normal, you will not be allowed entry.

• Each home has an above-ground storm shelter for the safety of all residents during major Kansas storms.

• All new residents will be evaluated for fall risks. We have a BioDex screening computer that evaluates each residents fall risk.

• Our Beauty Shop, Whirlpool Spa and NuStep bicycle allows our residents to have Physical Therapists and Beauticians broght in to their home.

• When our residents have to go to the hospital, historically, the hospitals discharge residents to older nursing centers. We urge our residents to come home and we’ll bring therapy services to their home.
